Whose face, and whose artwork, you are allowed to send us.

What you are telling us when you upload

Most of this shop works from something you send: a photo of a person for a figurine, or an image to print on a garment. By sending it, you are telling us that you are allowed to.

  • For a photo of a person: that it is you, or that the person in it has agreed to be made into an object.
  • For a photo of a child: that you are their parent or guardian.
  • For artwork, a logo or a character: that you own it or have permission to reproduce it.

What we will not print

We will refuse an order rather than print it, and we would rather refuse one wrongly than print one wrongly.

  • Somebody who has not agreed to it, where that is apparent.
  • Another company's trademark, on something being sold on.
  • Material that is illegal to reproduce.
  • Material intended to harass or impersonate a specific person.

What happens to your photo

It is used to make your order and nothing else. It is not published, not shown to other customers, not used as an example, and not used to train anything. The people making your order can see it, because they cannot make it otherwise; the shop itself never serves it back, and a link to it is not something another customer can guess their way to.

Every image you upload is decoded and re-encoded the moment it arrives, so what we store is the picture and nothing else. That strips the metadata cameras write into a file: the make and model of the phone, the time, and on most phones the coordinates where you were standing. Any rotation the camera recorded is applied to the pixels first, so nothing arrives sideways because of it.

If you want a photo and the figurine built from it deleted, ask, and we will delete both.

What we keep of our own

The 3D model built from your photo is ours to hold as a record of what was made, and yours in the sense that it is a model of you: we will not sell it, license it, or print it for anybody else.
