SyrotaPrint is a working prototype. No order placed on this site has been produced or posted. The rest of this page describes what we intend to do, written down so that it can be argued with.

Cost

You choose a delivery option in your cart or at the checkout, and it costs what it says there. The price is per order rather than per item, because everything we make ships as one small box whatever is in it.

There is no free-delivery threshold. There was one when there was a single flat rate; with a choice of speeds, waiving the charge on a fast delivery because the order was large would be us paying to rush a parcel for no reason. Zones and weights arrive with a real courier, and so will a more complicated table than this one.

Every option is refrigerated, whichever one you pick. Chocolate is the only thing this workshop can currently make, so there is no version of this that travels warm.

Time

Printed goods are made when they are ordered, so the clock starts when we begin making yours.

• Garments, mugs, bags and aprons: made in two to four working days.
• Figurines from a photo: five to seven working days, because the model is checked and corrected by hand before it is printed.
• A hand-painted finish adds about a week, and we would rather say so than surprise you.
• Delivery after that depends on where you are.

Chocolate in warm weather

A chocolate figurine is a chocolate figurine. Every delivery option is refrigerated, and in a hot month there will still be days when we hold an order back rather than post something that will arrive as a puddle. If we do that, you will hear from us.
