Questions
What can I put on it?
A photo, a drawing, a logo or a line of text. Send the largest version you have: a print is unforgiving of an image that was already small when you found it. We will tell you before printing if what you sent will not hold up.
Will it survive a wash?
Yes, inside out at thirty degrees, and out of the tumble dryer. A direct print sits in the fabric, so it fades with the garment as it wears. Embroidery is stitched and does not fade at all.
How does the sizing run?
True to size, cut straight rather than boxy. If you are between two sizes and want room, take the larger one: these are printed to order and cannot be exchanged for a different size once made.
Print or embroidery?
Print for anything with photographic detail or more than a few colors. Embroidery for a small mark, a name or a simple shape, where the stitching does more for it than ink would.
When can I order one for real?
Not yet. The cart and checkout work so the shape of the offer can be judged, but the payment is simulated and nothing is produced. We would rather show you the real thing late than a rendering early. The payments policy says exactly what does and does not happen when you check out.
